What happens when you call
We ask three questions. What did you hear, where is the door sitting now, and is anything under it. Those answers tell us which parts to load and whether this is an emergency or something that can wait until morning.
You get a range, not a promise to take a look. Before anyone is dispatched we tell you what the repair is likely to cost and what would move it to the top of that range.
Sometimes we talk you out of the visit. A door that reverses before closing is often dust on the photo-eye lens, and a wipe fixes it. We will say so rather than sending a truck.
If you are behind a gate, name the community. The insurance certificate goes to management before we arrive rather than while you wait at the guardhouse.
What we will not do
We will not bypass a safety sensor, we will not quote a spring without knowing the door width, and we will not advertise a twenty-nine dollar service call that turns into something else in your driveway. The pricing page is public for exactly that reason.

What should I have ready when I call?
What you heard, where the door is sitting now, whether anything is under it, and roughly how old the door is. Those four answers tell us which parts to load and let us quote a range on the phone.
Do you take calls at night?
Yes, at any hour. Out-of-hours dispatch carries a premium and we quote it before we send anyone, never on the invoice afterwards.
I am behind a gate. What do you need?
Just tell us which community. We send our insurance certificate and licence number to the management office ahead of time so the guardhouse has us cleared when we arrive.
